1. Information We Collect
RepoRadar collects and stores the following per Discord server:

Configuration: Monitored users/orgs, drop channels, highlight settings, keywords, star threshold.
Repository Data: IDs and basic metadata of seen repositories (to avoid duplicate posts).
Voting Data: Community upvotes/downvotes and comments on posted repositories.
Command Logs: Usage of admin commands (stored locally).

It does not collect personal messages, DMs, or unrelated user activity.

2. How Data is Stored

All data is stored locally in an SQLite database (data/reporadar.db) on the machine/server where you run the Bot.
No central database or third-party analytics are used.

3. Data Sharing
We do not sell, share, or transmit your data to any third parties. Data never leaves the server you run the Bot on (unless you choose to host it publicly).
4. Data Retention

Seen repositories and votes persist until you delete the database file or remove the Bot.
Server admins can manage data via configuration commands.

5. Third-Party Services

The Bot makes API requests to your configured Git provider (GitHub, GitLab, Gitea, etc.).
Usage is subject to those providers’ own privacy policies and rate limits.

6. Security
Security depends on how you host the Bot. We recommend using Docker, strong server security, and not exposing the database publicly.
7. Your Rights
Server administrators control all data. You can delete the data/ folder or remove the Bot to erase stored information.
8. Children’s Privacy
The Bot is not directed at children under 13.
9. Changes to This Policy
We may update this policy. Significant changes will be reflected in the repository.
