Add 25 NL-searchable task recipes (git, users, packages, docker) bringing commands-db.json from 52 to 77. Introduces two new categories (packages, docker) and fixes the disk-usage category mismatch (system -> files). Final counts: files 17, git 13, system 13, text 10, network 7, users 6, docker 6, packages 5. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.6 <noreply@anthropic.com>
