  1. Agreement to Terms By inviting, using, or interacting with RepoRadar (the "Bot"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, remove the Bot immediately.
  2. Service Description RepoRadar is a Discord bot that monitors Git servers (GitHub, GitLab, Gitea/Forgejo) for new repositories and posts rich announcements with descriptions, stats, topics, and community voting. It also supports admin-configured highlights and manual voting.
  3. Eligibility You must comply with Discords Terms of Service and be old enough to use Discord in your jurisdiction.
  4. Acceptable Use You agree not to use RepoRadar to:

Violate any laws or Discord policies. Monitor private repositories without proper authorization. Spam, harass, or disrupt servers. Attempt to bypass rate limits or abuse Git provider APIs.

  1. Responsibilities

Server Admins: You are responsible for configuring the Bot properly, choosing what to monitor, and ensuring compliance with the Git hosts Terms of Service (especially regarding API usage and scraping). We are not responsible for any actions taken based on posted repository information.

  1. Data & Intellectual Property

The Bot may display public repository data (name, description, stars, etc.). All content belongs to its respective owners. RepoRadar only aggregates and displays public information.

  1. Disclaimers The Bot is provided "as is". We make no warranties regarding accuracy, timeliness, or availability of repository data. We are not liable for any damages arising from use of the Bot.
  2. Termination You may remove the Bot at any time. We reserve the right to stop providing the Bot or block access without notice.
  3. Changes to Terms We may update these Terms. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
